 Julie Adams

Since starting as a Kirmayer member two years agao, Julie Adam lost of 25 lbs. by attending GT45 group training and group fitness programs like Body Pump. Juliemakes her fitness a priority stays fit by working out most days of the week, taking group fitness classes and GT45 sessions here at Kirmayer. Julie's main fitness goal is to maintain her healthy lifestyle to ward off any potential health related diseases. Congratulations Julie, on your success and dedication to keeping active and healthy!
