Fitness Testing and Assessment

An exercise physiologist will evaluate your current fitness level and work with you to develop a personal exercise plan (P.E.P.). Components of the assessment include:

  1. Health History and Physical Activity Profile
  2. Body Fat % (Skinfold)
  3. Flexibility
  4. Muscular Endurance
  5. Muscular Strength
  6. Cardiovascular Endurance

A final fitness level rating will be determined based on test results.
