Personal Training Overview

Personal training is a great way to kickstart your workout program or enhance your current routine. Train with a highly qualified, educated and certified personal trainer as an individual, duo, and/or small group. Remove the guess work from getting fit!

55 or 30 minute apointments are available. The first session will be devoted to a fitness assessment and consultation to answer any questions you may have.

All participants interested in personal training sessions will need to complete a medical/health history form. (Males above 44 years old, females above 54 years old, or those considered medically high risk will need to complete the medical clearance prior to beginning personal training services.)

Fees MUST be paid at the time of scheduling. Sessions must be canceled 24 hours in advance. Improper cancellations will result in the loss of session and fee.
