Kyle has been involved in the fitness field for the past 2 years as a trainer and group training coach. His mission is to educate and inspire others to make healthy lifestyle changes and make progress towards personal fitness goals through individual and small group training. Kyle primarily oversees personal training, intramurals and facilities.
Kyle holds a M.S. in Sports Management and a B.S. in Exercise Science, both from the University of Central Missouri. He served as a Graduate Assistant at the UCM student recreation center where he trained in individual and small group settings in addition to teaching TRX Suspension Training classes. In his free time, Kyle enjoys riding local mountain bike trails, reading, and foam rolling.
