For short courses, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to have the grade roster created.
Grade rosters are made available the first day of finals week for semester length courses. Grade rosters are made available the first day after the rotation for SOM clinical rotations. The grade submission deadline is posted on the Academic Calendar. Grade changes can be submitted via Enroll and Pay for entered grades less than a year old and as long as the student has not graduated. After that, grades changes must be submitted via the Change of Grade card. For security purposes, the change of grade card is not available online and extra copies are available in the Registrar's Office (G035 Dykes Library). Change of grades cards submitted by students will not be accepted.
You can access your grade roster through Enroll and Pay and navigating to the Faculty Center.
