Introducing a new process for authorizing selected people to view student information! Students who would like parents, significant others, or someone else to have the ability to view KUMC information now have additional options through a new "Delegate" assignment process. Students can pick or choose what areas a "delegate" can see, such as class schedules, grades, bills, payments, financial aid awards, items missing from KU Med "to-do" lists and 1098-T (income tax information). This system will replace the Authorized User Access and allow the ability to include or exclude different types of information that are shared with delegates.
For more information go to www.registrar.ku.edu/delegate. Delegates can be added and removed at any time.
