Sandra McCurdy, M.Ed., received her bachelor's degree in Education from Southwest Missouri State University and her master's degree in Education from the University of Missouri.

Ms. McCurdy has more than twenty years of experience in medical school and higher education administration. For six years she served as the Educational Program Coordinator for the Department of Pathology at the University of Missouri School of Medicine. She continued to work for the University of Missouri School of Medicine from 1982 to 1995 as the Director of Admissions and Registrar. In 1995, Ms. McCurdy moved to Kansas City where she serves as the Associate Dean of Admissions and Premedical Programs for the University of Kansas School of Medicine.
