Bioinformatics
is the analysis of biological information using the tools of computer science. The KINBRE Bioinformatics Core at KUMC provides high quality services for genomic, proteomic and biomedical data analysis. This core works closely with the KUMC Microarray Facility to analyze Affymetrix GeneChip data.
