Board of Directors (KUIMF BOT Committee) - oversees Foundation function.  Works with the Chair to set financial and clinical policies.  Responsible for the overall financial success of the Foundation.

Quality Improvement -- Ambulatory Practice Operations Committee (APOC)monitors quality improvement reports, develops areas to evaluate, recommends changes and identifies areas of concern.
