Detailed Protocol for Conducting Chairperson Review

Participating Individuals/Groups

The individuals and groups providing input for the review will include, but not be limited to, the following:

• The departmental faculty of the chairperson being interviewed;
• Key departmental support staff;
• Other chairpersons and appropriate faculty from other departments;
• Appropriate administrators, including Vice Chancellor for Hospital Administration or designee;
• Students who have rotated through the educational program; and
• Appropriate graduate students and house staff.
