Chancellors Faculty Research Investigator Award

History

The Annual Chancellors Faculty Research INVESTIGATOR Award recognizes and honor significant accomplishments by the faculty of the University of Kansas Medical Center and Wichita. This award is for faculty members in any of the Schools: Medicine (KC/Wichita), Nursing or Allied Health and previous winners are not eligible.

This Award is given to investigators who have evidence of significant research accomplishments and a high potential for sustained productive research in the future. Excluding previous winners of the Chancellors Club Research Award, the Senior Investigator Research Award, or the Investigator Research Award, all faculty who have had appointments at the University of Kansas Medical Center for at least 2 years are eligible. Application deadline is in July each year, and must include an original plus the required number of supporting document copies.
