Kerri Barnes, MD, MPH

Kerri Barnes MD, MPH, is an Assistant Professor of Urology. She obtained her undergraduate degree (BS in Biochemistry, graduating Summa Cum Laude) at the University of Missouri, in Columbia, Missouri.  She then went to medical school at the University of Missouri School of Medicine, and dually completed her urology residency and Masters in Public Health while at the University of Iowa in Iowa City, Iowa.

Dr. Barnes sees patients at the Medical Office Building at The University of Kansas Hospital, in Kansas City, KS, as well as our KU MedWest location.  She also sees patients at Bothwell Regional Medical Center in Sedalia, MO. Her clinical practice focuses on general urology, kidney stones, benign prostate diseases, laser prostate surgery, erectile dysfunction, male and female incontinence, interstitial cystitis, and hematuria.
