Curriculum Vitae

Dr. Saleh completed his Doctor of Philosophy in Nuclear Engineering at Texas A&M University. He also completed a Medical Physics Residency training at Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences. Prior to joining the University of Kansas Cancer Center, Dr. Saleh served as Chief Physicist at the VA Medical Center in Richmond, Virginia and an Assistant Professor in the Department of Radiation Oncology at Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Virginia.

Dr. Saleh is board certified in Therapeutic Radiologic Physics by American Board of Radiology, and is a member of the American Association of Physicist in Medicine and the American Association for Therapeutic Radiology and Oncology (ASTRO) professional organizations. His research interests include breathing motion management in radiation therapy, Image-guided adaptive radiation therapy (IGART), and in-vivo dosimetry.
