My teaching interests include data management in public health, survey development, database design and secondary data analysis of large national datasets.
PRVM 875 is a three-credit hour graduate level course necessary for basic epidemiologic or administrative quantitative methods. Students learn about a variety of publicly available data sets and the course covers the basics of survey design, variable and dataset design, creation and maintenance plus basic descriptive analyses.
