Saber

Mojgan Saber, MD

Functional recovery and pain management in patients afflicted with spinal cord injury, traumatic brain injury, stroke, cerebral palsy, multiple sclerosis and other neuromuscular rehabilitation. Dr Saber also manages musculoskeletal dysfunctions such as low back pain, mid back pain, neck pain, shoulder pain, hip pain, ankle/foot pain. Dr Saber directs the wheelchair and amputee clinics.

PROCEDURES
Botox injection, joint injection including knee, shoulder, elbow, wrist, ankle, and foot, soft tissue injection, trigger point injection, Baclofen pump management, electromyography and nerve conduction studies.

Raelene Knolla, MD

Dr. Knolla's clinical practice is focused on general rehabilitation for patients with functional impairments due to traumatic brain injury, stroke, multiple sclerosis spina bifida, cerebral palsy, and other neuromuscular diagnosis.  Dr. Knolla also manages musculoskeletal injuries including shoulder pain, hip pain, ankle/foot pain.  Dr. Knolla's specialties include Rehabilitation Medicine, Physiatry, and Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Electromyography and nerve conduction studies, Bo-Tox Injections, Baclofen pump management, knee injections, shoulder injections, trigger point injections.

Pain interventions for the spine, hips and shoulders including epidural injections, facet injections, sacroiliac join injections, intra-articular joint injections, radiofrequency ablation, trigger point injections and neuromodulation.

Monica Kurylo

Monica Kurylo, PhD, ABPP
Assistant Professor

Dr. Kurylo is the staff neuropsychologist on the KUMC inpatient rehabilitation unit. Additionally, she participates in the monthly faculty-resident meetings, teaches the statistical analysis and research development educational block and is the main faculty advisor for the resident research requirement.
