Fees levied for the Pharmacology Department's Shared Instruments are apportioned according to the following scheme:
The actual annual total cost incurred in maintaining these instruments will be recovered from each user in proportion to actual annual usage (i.e. instrument time booked via SharePoint).
Users are invoiced at the end of the financial year or after invoices for major repairs have been paid.
Instrument time tallies are based on SharePoint booking records.
Instruments are available on a walk-up basis after user is trained by ACL staff.
