Why do we weigh everyone in the Healthy Hawks group (Stage 3)?

Healthy Hawks is a family-based program that promotes a healthy lifestyle for everyone in your family. To develop and/or maintain your family's healthy habits, it is important for you and your family members to keep track of basic health information such as weight and height. Furthermore, weight management is easier for your child if everyone is involved.
To measure everyone's weight quickly and start our group on time, we encourage you to come to the Healthy Hawks group 15 to 20 minutes earlier than our group starting time.
