 Dr. Wieneke was born in Dyersville, Iowa, a farm town famous as the home to The Field of Dreams movie site.  She attended the University of Notre Dame and received her BS in Science Pre-Professional Studies in 1998.  While at ND she served as a student athletic trainer.  She returned to her home state and attended The University of Iowa College of Medicine and graduated in 2002. Dr. Wieneke completed residency at Oakwood Hospital . During residency she was served as the chief resident and was awarded the PGY2 best teaching resident by the intern class and the AAGL Outstanding Laparoscopist.  After completion of her residency she served as faculty for one year while her husband finished residency.   In 2007, she moved to Seattle where she completed a pelvic surgery fellowship at Virginia Mason and Northwest Hospital. In 2008, she returned to the Midwest and The University of Kansas.   She served as the initial Director of the Center for Minimally Invasive and Robotic Surgery.  Always interested in education, she was awarded the CREOG National Faculty Award and the APGO Excellence in Teaching Award in 2011 and 2012.  She was named Program Director in May 2012 and is active in the University of Kansas GME and APGO.  She spends her free time with her husband, Josh Broghammer, a trauma and reconstructive urologist at KU and their 3 boys.

Dr. Reddy was born in India and moved to the United States in 1989.  She attended The Ohio State University and graduated in 1993 with a BS in biochemistry and continued her Midwest tour and attended Indiana University for medical school.  She moved to Detroit for residency at Wayne State University where she was Chief Resident and was Named Outstanding Obstetrical Resident her PGY2 and 3 year.  Following graduation she moved to Council Bluffs, Iowa where she was in private practice for five years.  She joined the University of Kansas faculty in 2006 and has been Associate Program Director since 2008.  She enjoys teaching, especially in the operating room.  She is interested in advanced minimally invasive surgery.  During her tenure at the University of Kansas, she has won the Council on Resident Education in Obstetrics and Gynecology National Faculty Award in 2010 and 2013.  Dr. Reddy enjoys SCUBA diving in the Kansas and Missouri lakes (just kidding) and spending time with her family.
