Colleen Lechtenberg, M.D.

Assistant Professor

Dr. Lechtenberg received her medical degree from the University of Kansas Medical Center, and went on to complete her residency and a neurovascular fellowship at KUMC. She joined the faculty as an assistant professor in 2009. Today, she sees stroke patients and works as an inpatient neurohospitalist, while also serving as the medical director of the department's Comprehensive Stroke Center.

She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology, the American Medical Association and the Wahl Academic Society.
