Clinical Interests:

Dr. Diederich's major clinical interests include kidney and pancreas transplant, renal stone disease, and hypertension ischemic nephropathy. He is committed to educating patients regarding their particular problems and keeping them informed about ongoing results and responses.  He feels these are key elements for successful patient compliance.

Research Interests:

Recurrent glomerular disease post-transplant; Highly sensitized renal recipients. Clinical interests include: Transplantation; Nephrolithiasis; Refractory hypertension.
