During our allergy and immunology fellowship, there is a strong emphasis on research, whether it is clinical or laboratory based. We have a fully functioning basic research laboratory with postdoctoral research associates on hand to help facilitate your projects.
Clinical research coordinators often work with fellows on their clinic based research. With the help of the Center for Biostatistics and Advanced Informatics, the Flow Cytometry Core Lab, and the multitude of subspecialty researchers within KU, there is no limit to the progress of research endeavors. Currently, there is interaction between the divisions of Rheumatology, Dermatology, and Nephrology.
