Emily Curran Day, APRN

Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
KU Integrative Medicine

BSN, Bachelor of Science of Nursing
MSN, Masters of Science of Nursing

I am a Nurse Practitioner at the Kansas University Integrative Medicine (KUIM) Clinic. My first exposure to this clinic was as a patient, where I learned the potential of Integrative Medicine to heal underlying causes of chronic conditions.  I felt compelled to return to school to be able to practice this type of medicine.  I earned both my undergraduate degree in Nursing as well as my Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Kansas, and was delighted to start working here at KUIM soon afterwards.

I am also a board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).  My clinical practice includes comprehensive, integrative approaches to a wide variety of chronic conditions from autoimmune disease to digestive issues and much in between. When not at work, you can find me enjoying the park with my husband and step-son, swimming with the KC Master's Swim team, or shopping at many of the local KC farmer's markets.
