Vision Statement

As a part of the University of Kansas School of Medicine and Medical Center, we will work with our partners to improve health and health services delivery in the Kansas City metropolitan area, the State of Kansas, and the nation.

Mission Statement

The Department of Health Policy and Management prepares health services administrators and leaders who will advance systems of care delivery, promote effective health policy, and foster innovation and scholarly inquiry to improve and serve the health needs of Kansas citizens and beyond.

Values Statement

To further the mission of our department and to advance our commitment to life-long learning, both within and outside the classroom, we espouse the following core values.
