Where is the Hoglund Brain Imaging Center located?

The HBIC is located on the University of Kansas Medical Center Campus at 39th Street and Rainbow Boulevard in Kansas City, Kansas. The center is a one-story building on the north side of the campus, just behind the Dykes Library. Our general mailing address is 3901 Rainbow Boulevard, MS 1052, and Kansas City, KS 66160. Our physical address is 2021 W. 38th Ave., Kansas City, KS 66103.

What does HBIC do?

HBIC carries out investigator-initiated biomedical research and clinical trials. We also perform clinical scans on a limited basis through a contract with the University of Kansas Hospital.

Is HBIC part of the University of Kansas Medical Center/Hospital network?

HBIC is part of the University of Kansas Medical Center. Although closely connected, the Kansas University Hospital Authority is a separate legal entity from the university.

What is the cost of doing research at HBIC?
