Jamie Rees, MA
Jamie Rees is the Museum Curator and Assistant Librarian at the Clendening History of Medicine Library and Museum. She received her BA in Classical Archaeology from the University of Missouri in 2013 and her MA in Museum Studies from The University of Kansas in 2016. She spent several years as the Student Assistant Librarian at the Clendening History of Medicine Library at the University of Kansas Medical Center, a year as an Education Aide at the Kansas City Museum, and two years as the Community Outreach intern for KU Libraries before joining the History of Medicine Department at KU Medical Center. She is excited to add to the body of research and museum exhibitions already produced in the Museum, and to aid in the ongoing cataloging project in both the library and museum.
