How to apply

Dear Fellowship Applicant:

Thank you for your interest in the Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program at the University of Kansas Medical Center (KUMC). KUMC offers a three-year combined Hematology/Oncology Fellowship Program accredited by the ACGME. Applications for fellowship are submitted through ERAS. Please refer to ERAS for the time line for application submission.

ERAS Submission requirements:

1. Common Application Form
2. Curriculum Vitae
3. Personal Statement
4. Photograph
5. Three (3) Letters of Recommendation (from supervising physicians most familiar with your professional development)
6. Medical School Transcripts
7. USMLE Step I, Step II and Step III scores

• For FMG applicants - copies of ECFMG certificate, VISA, EAD/EAC, etc.
  NOTE: The University of Kansas School of Medicine does accept candidates with a J-1 visa sponsored through the ECFMG or applicants with a permanent resident status.
