Making an appointment

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your visit to check in and verify insurance to avoid delays. If you know that you are not able to keep your appointment, please call us 24 hours in advance if possible at 913-588-1908 to let us know and change your appointment.

Please be sure to bring your health insurance identification card with you when you come for your appointment. You should examine your card to see if your insurance requires you to pay a "per visit co-payment" which is usually $5, $10, or $20.

  • Most office visits are scheduled for 15 minutes. Physicals are usually 30 minutes.
  • Clearly explain the purpose of your visit in order that sufficient time may be scheduled.
  • Please call ahead to schedule routine care.
  • For urgent care, call as early in the day as possible.
  • If you must cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can see other patients.

When you schedule an appointment, we'll need to know some basic information:

  • Your name, current address and telephone numbers
  • Your birth date
  • Health insurance information
  • Your primary care physician or nurse practitioner's name
  • Specific information about why you need to see a clinician so we can schedule the appropriate amount of time.

Co-payments must be paid at the time of your visit, and must be paid in cash or by credit card.

Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time to complete the check-in process. If you are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment you may need to wait until others are seen first. You will also be given the option of rescheduling your appointment to another time or day.
