Wendy Born, PhD

Dr. Born joined the Department of Family Medicine in 2011 as a Clinical Assistant Professor. Prior to joining the KU faculty, she was an Associate Professor in the Department of Psychology at Baker University. Dr. Born has a career-long interest in marginalized populations and improving care for the underserved. She has specialized clinical experience in anxiety disorders, health psychology, adjustment to chronic illness, geropsychology, and palliative care.
