Moya Peterson, PhD, ARNP

Dr. Peterson is certified as a pediatric nurse practitioner and family nurse practitioner. She teaches in the graduate school of Nursing in the Family Nurse Practitioner program and practices in the clinical area and teaches third year medical students in the Family Medicine clinical rotation, as well as precepting high school students in the Health Professions class in the FM clinic. She is a massage therapist and adds that unique quality to her practice. She has completed her PhD in Nursing at KU; dissertation entitled "A Naturalistic study and video essay of adults with Down Syndrome and their families."
