KU School of Medicine Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development office is pleased to offer 35-50 programs each academic year. Faculty members can develop and enhance their skills as teachers, clinicians, researchers, leaders in academic medical education, and writers, as well as skills critical to the success with mentoring experiences and their own career development. It is Faculty Affairs and Faculty Development's goal is to help our faculty members get the answers they need, when they need them and thus provide career satisfaction from their efficient use of time.
