Expectations for Mentoring Junior Faculty
Individual departments in the School of Medicine must identify their mentoring junior faculty expectations based on their respective department, divisions or services mentoring needs.
When completing Section 5. Mentoring Junior Faculty on the Annual Assessment of Faculty Member Form, consider the skills, responsibilities and checklist information identified by your department's mentoring program or by your division director.
