Radiology Curriculum:

Our residency program observes thirteen 4-week rotations, instead of the traditional twelve month-long rotations. The additional rotation allows our residents greater variety in their educational experience. PGY-5 residents will have up to 6 focused months in areas of their choosing, allowing for a mini-fellowship.

Resident Didactic Conferences:

Resident teaching conferences occur daily at 7am and 12pm. The conference schedule is based on a Core Curriculum and includes at least two lectures per month in each subspecialty area. In addition to traditional didactic and case conferences, other lecture series include:

Journal Club with Key Faculty         Monthly
Radiology Grand Rounds Monthly
Radiology Business Leadership Series Monthly
Resident-Led Case Conference Monthly
GME Core Competency Series Monthly

Joint Radiology/Pathology Conference Bi-Monthly

Featured lectures include:

  • Radiation Protection and Safety

Introduction to Clinical Research Lecture Series
PGY-2 residents attend introductory research lectures from August to December.
