Why can't The Cray Diabetes Self-Management Center staff renew all my medications, instead of just my diabetic medications?
I need to be seen sooner than my scheduled appointment. What do I do?
If you have an urgent or emergent issue, please consider contacting an Urgent Care Clinic or go to an emergency room.
Can you send me copies of my lab work?
Ideally, one of the advanced practice nurses or the doctor who ordered your lab work would discuss it with you, and then provide you with a copy. If you have questions, please call us.
If your lab work was not ordered by the Cray, we may not have access to this information. Contact the provider who ordered lab work initially.
If we have recently done lab work and you want results forwarded to your primary doctor, it is best to provide us with a note signed by you with the fax number and name of your physician.
What do I do when I am sick and my blood sugars are elevated?
