What is this all about?

What's for dinner tonight? If you're plagued by this question, let us help you find the answer! Perhaps you wonder how to incorporate all of the recommendations for what to eat -- healthy fats, low sodium, more fiber, and a diet for diabetes on top of that? Learn tips and tricks for eating healthy with diabetes and how to put your doctor's recommendations into practice. Creat a meal plan for at home and for going out and learn how to make a grocery list.

Recommended for patients who:

  • Want practical tips about how to implement nutrition recommendations
  • Are interested in eating at home more often
  • Are unsure of cooking skills
