The Cystic Fibrosis (CF) clinic provides children and families an experienced, team approach to manage the complexities of CF.
Cystic fibrosis is an inherited disease of the mucus glands that affects many body systems. The most common symptoms include progressive damage to the respiratory system and chronic digestive system problems.
Thanks to research and improvements in treatments, the life expectancy of people with CF has rose steadily over the past decade.
