Sean Swindler, M.S.Ed., is the director of Community Program Development and Evaluation for K-CART. For K-CART, Swindler is responsible for the establishment of community partnerships and development of individual programs to respond to the needs of people with autism. At CCHD, Sean assists with the development of CCHD's use of the Comprehensive Research Information System (CRIS) — a secure web-based Clinical Information Management System.

Before coming to K-CART, Swindler was the assistant director of a community-based non-profit specializing in family advocacy and case management. He also has held positions with the Kansas State Department of Social and Rehabilitation, Division of Health Care Policy/Community Supports and Services, and The Arc of Douglas County, where he was support staff for the Self-Advocate Coalition of Kansas (SACK). Sean earned his master's degree in special education with an emphasis on transition from the University of Kansas.
