Jill Koertner is a board certified behavior analyst and is currently the director of the Autism Training Program, in which she is responsible for the coordination and implementation of the state training program for providers of the Kansas Department of Social and Rehabilitation Services Early Autism Waiver program.

Koertner has more than a decade of background experience in autism intervention with experience in the development, implementation, and dissemination of assessments and effective instructional practices. She has been involved in conducting research with training programs as well as experience with home-based and clinical intervention services. Koertner received her M.A. degree in applied behavioral science from the University of Kansas.
