Dr. Kimberly Meyer serves the University of Kansas Medical Center as the chief financial officer for the School of Medicine and a member of the Executive Vice Chancellor's Leadership team. She came to KUMC in April 2008, just weeks before the first state and school budget cuts in several years.

Before joining KUMC, Dr. Meyer served in various corporate roles, most recently as the chief financial officer for Vantive Partners, an H&R Block Company.

As a doctorate in mathematics, Dr. Meyer also worked many years in mathematics and science education reform, particularly as a member of the National Science Foundation's Faculty for the 21st Century and the NSF Change Agents Roundtable.
