How to measure:
Chest/Bust: measure around the widest or fullest part of the chest.
Waist: measure around the narrowest point.
Sleeve: With arm slightly bent, measure from the center back neck bone, over the shoulder, and to the wrist.
Hip: Stand with feet together and measure around the widest part of the hips.
