Casey Redding, Au.D., CCCA, FAAA, clinical assistant professor for the Department of Hearing and Speech focuses on mentoring and supervising students in the pediatric audiology clinic at KU Medical Center. Redding specializes in providing services to ages birth to 21 with special emphasis on early identification and intervention of children with hearing loss.

Redding received his bachelor's degree in special education for students who are deaf and hard of hearing from Illinois State University and his doctor of audiology from the University of Kansas. Prior to returning to join the faculty at KU, Redding gained experience working for a pediatric audiology clinic at a local children's hospital in Kansas City.

Redding holds a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-A) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association and is Board Certified in Audiology and a fellow member with the American Academy of Audiology. Redding has special interest in philanthropic audiology and also takes part in leading KU students in their participation with the Medical Missions Foundation's annual trip to Antigua, Guatemala.
