Lauren Pulino, RHIA, has diverse experience in health care software applications, including system design and build, testing, training, and curriculum development. Prior to joining the faculty in July 2013, she worked at The University of Kansas Hospital training various groups of end users in multiple specialties on the use of the hospital’s electronic health record system. Pulino was also responsible for maintaining the training environment and building patient cases across all applications. She will facilitate the professional practice experiences, internships, and EHR training within the program.
Pulino earned a bachelor's in health information management from Temple University, Philadelphia, in 2006. She hopes to pursue a master's degree in health informatics from the University of Kansas.
