Online KU orientation and compliance training are required of all students. Students entering the program for fall semester will receive an email from the Office of Student Life with instructions. Returning students will complete the training during the September 1-29 window. Students access the modules using MyKUMC (http://my.kumc.edu) or at https://tlc.netdimensions.com using a KU Medical Center username and password. Topics include HIPPA, computer security awareness, work environment policies, health and general safety, respect in the classroom and workplace, and workplace violence.
If compliance training is not completed during the designated window, the student's network ID will be deactivated and they will have to complete training in the library by appointment in order to be reactivated.
