Francis X. Barth, D.O. has been a member of the Child and Adolescent Psychiatry faculty at the University of Kansas Medical Center since July 2000. He graduated Summa Cum Laude when he received his D.O. from the University of Health Sciences College of Osteopathic Medicine in Kansas City, Missouri in May of 1994. He completed his Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency at the University of Kansas Medical Center in June of 1999. During his residency, Dr. Barth presented lectures on the topics of Major Depression and the Psychopharmacology of Depression to the incoming first year Psychiatric residents. Prior to joining the staff at KUMC he held a private practice for one year in Kansas City, Missouri.
