Douglas R. Ambrose, M.D.

Douglas R. Ambrose, M.D., Clinical Assistant Professor, has been a staff psychiatrist at the Kansas City Veterans Affairs Medical Center since 1995 and is currently the Clinical Director of Mental Health. He received his M.D. from the University of Kansas School of Medicine in 1988 where he was on the Dean’s Honor List and completed his residency at KUMC in 1995. Dr. Ambrose was the KCVA Chief Resident from 1994 until 1995.
