Personal:

I'm married to Margaret A. Pisciotta and have four children: Nicole (b. 1981), Matthew (b. 1984), Rachel (b. 1988) and Mary (b. 1988). Here's a photo of my family. My oldest is now a student at Lake Forest College in Lake Forest, IL.  Go Foresters!  I myself am a graduate of Colgate University and the University of Chicago.

Besides my family, my other primary passion is music collecting. I listen to (and collect) all sorts of music, especially rock and jazz. My pop music tastes run to power pop and 60s-style garage. On more normal days, I might listen to the Beatles or the Stones. My jazz tastes include Art Blakey, Hank Mobley, Lee Morgan, Sonny Clark, Art Pepper, Horace Silver, Gigi Gryce and Benny Golson (Hard bop lives, but some of these links may not!).
