Parking Violation Appeal Form

A violation must be paid or appealed to Parking Services within ten days from the date on which the violation was isssued. The appellant must complete either this on-line form or a paper form obtainable at the Parking Services Office in Suite 115 at the Support Services Facility.

Late Appeals (Appeals initiated after ten days from the date of the ticket) must be accompanied by the payment of the fines for the violation(s) to be appealed. Late Appeals can not, therefore, be done on this on-line form. All rights of appeal are forfeited if no appeal has been made within 90 calendar days from the date on which the ticket was issued.

Please note that only one ticket can be entered at a time on the on-line form. Send a separate form for each additional ticket you wish to appeal.
