Parking Violation Appeal Form

When you utilize a different car to come to the KUMC Campus, a Short Term Courtesy (up to a week) will authorize your parking in place of your regular vehicle which has a decal.

The On-Line Courtesy Parking Request can be found at kumc.edu/parking.

If a citation, "No Permit", is received and the On-Line Courtesy Parking form has been completed, it will be canceled by you completing the On-Line Ticket Appeal found at kumc.edu/parking no later than 10 days after receiving the ticket.

Courtesy parking may be denied at the discretion of Parking Services.

A violation must be paid or appealed to Parking Services within ten days from the date on which the violation was issued.

To appeal a violation, the appellant must complete the on-line form found at kumc.edu/parking.

Late Appeals (Appeals initiated after ten days from the date of the ticket) must be paid before the violation(s) may be appealed. All rights of appeal are forfeited if no appeal has been made within 90 calendar days from the date on which the ticket was issued.
