Garage Card and Zone Permit Waiting Lists

One Wait List is maintained based solely on the parking start date at KUMC:

A one-time grandfather period will be permitted to account for people currently on the wait list but who are not parking at KUMC. The day which they were added to the list will be their official date.

Process: When a space becomes available in an upgraded parking area, the process will be:

Parking Services will identify the Senior most parker on list eligible to move to the upgraded parking;
The parker will be notified by email of the availability to upgrade;
The parker will have 6 working days to accept the upgrade;
After 6 working days, the next most Senior monthly parker will be notified and the process will continue until the space is accepted.
