Dr. Timberlake received his Ph.D. in Physiological Psychology from Northeastern University. He completed post-doctoral training in neuroscience and ophthalmic physics at the Eye Research Institute in Boston. Dr. Timberlake served as an Associate Scientist at the Schepens Eye Research Institute and Harvard Medical School, where he directed the physiological optics group.
Dr. Timberlake is internationally-recognized for his contributions to ophthalmic laser technology and low vision research.
