KU Medical Center is launching its Voluntary Asymptomatic Screening Test (VAST) program on all three campuses. Starting Tuesday, Oct. 27, Kansas City faculty, staff and students
can book an appointment for a free, voluntary COVID-19 asymptomatic screening test by completing the required COVID appointment request form. Please print and complete this form to take to your testing appointment. Tests are available from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday at Student Health Services (1012 Student Center) or the Human Resources Service Center (1044 Delp).
