PGY-3	$47,085
PGY-4	$48,568

Residents are also allowed a $200 book allowance.

Fees

The department pays annual KU Medical Center student activity fees and library assessment charges. The department will pay for parking in the red zone lots, Kansas license fee, and the DEA fee is waived.

Health Insurance Coverage

Medical, dental and visions plans are available. House staff members are eligible for group health insurance the first calendar day following 60 days of employment. Family coverage is also available. Premiums are deducted from your pay check.

Professional Liability Insurance

The State of Kansas provides this insurance, which applies to all activities within the training program.

Membership

Membership in the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists is provided by the Department.
